I will create a detailed reference sheet for your pre-existing character. Small adjustments to the current design can be included.

This is a custom character design service. I will create a brand new character just for you, using all your descriptions as the foundation. Feel free to tell me everything you envision: colors, body type, markings, mood boards, and any specific details; I will design them for you!

- I'm a slow artist, neurodivergent and working in an uncomfy/chaotic environment; if you don't have patience please do not commission me!!- REFUNDS: We are only able to process refunds if the payment is still within our PayPal balance (typically within 3 to 5 days of the original purchase). After this window, refunds are not accepted due to non-refundable service charges.- Do NOT use my art for AI/NFTs or anything like that.- I take payments BEFOREHAND! Payment is made in US dollars, I use paypal. Para brasileiros: Aceito pagamento por PIX!- I use trello to organize my orders.- DEADLINE given is up to 1 week or 1~2 months, it depends on the type of your commission, quantity and if my commissions queue's full or not. The time I spend on each commission might vary due to the complexity of the piece, and the amount of orders I have at the moment. Please be patient either way, and check your position on my trello!- You must respond to work-in-progress sketches within 7 days. If you do not, it will be treated as if you had accepted the sketch, and rework may cost extra.- I will charge more if your character posesses complex wings/armor/mecha/stuff like that.- I reserve the rights to post your commission and use it as an example for sales, but if asked, I can refrain from using/posting it anywhere.- It's HIGH PREFERABLE that you pay with your own account. I will not allow or tolerate charge backs because someone else paid for you.You can and cannot:
- You CAN repost your commission as long as proper credit is given.- You CAN create shirts, buttons and stuff like that of an artwork commissioned for you if it's for your own use.- You CANNOT create copies, prints, or other merchandise with the intent to sell or profit, unless otherwise stated.

Design Terms of Service

You are agreeing to these terms when you obtain a design by me!
(This is a digital piece of pre-paid artwork, no physical copy was bought!)- Payments for designs $200 and under are required all up front within 24 hours of purchase. Payment plans for designs over $200 may be discussed.- You may edit / alter / change your character, and draw over the piece.- You must ALWAYS credit me for being the creator of design, even if you have made edits or changed the original design.- You may resell, or trade!- You may not profit off my designs, or sell the design for more than you paid unless it includes extra artwork.- After any charge backs, or other payment complications (that automatically refund the money to your account) I regain the rights to the design, and reserve the right to resell the design (this even includes if you have commissioned art of it afterwards).- It's HIGH PREFERABLE that you pay with your own account. I will not allow or tolerate charge backs because someone else paid for you.- You may not sell designs from me that were a trade, or a gift (they may be traded, or gifted).- All designs must stay one character. You may not make “siblings”/other characters from one of my designs with similar aspects/the same pallet.- Inform me about the new owner if they don't have a toyhouse.Auction / Sales
